As Portfolio Lead- Consumer Creation Operations at Nike my focus is on driving operational excellence and strategic execution within the Global Consumer Creation team. This team is responsible for bringing Nike's product and brand strategies to life for the consumer. The specific focus of this role varies per project within the area of Consumer Creation Operations (e.g., Brand Marketing, Product Line Management, Product Information Management).
As a Sr Producer for Instrument agency, I was a lead producer for consumer centric, client specific design builds, QA, and strategy building. I drove all project and operations management efforts by guiding and facilitating execution, planning, requirements building, and launch delivery internally and externally. I enjoyed working with developers, writers, strategists, designers, and account leadership to successfully execute projects end to end.
As a Sr Account Rep for Nike North America Operations, I used client management, marketing operations, and communication skills to manage execution of product and digital marketing with nike vendors and partners. I also collaborated with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop improvement plans, programs, SLAs, and metrics, resulting in increased sales and improved operational efficiency within Nike's specialty accounts and team sports divisions.
As a Sr Program Manager for Thesis, a creative agency, I was a crucial part of the Consumer Direct Integrated Media Marketing team for Thesis's high priority client. My role was unique in that it was an embedded client role. I was the key go-to for all Integrated Media production efforts related to the projects involving agency deliverables, content management, and project planning. As the role developed, I quickly was promoted to a Sr role, taking on responsibilities in multi-media/channel upstream marketing planning, as well as leading the overall workflow optimization for the Jordan IM team.
At Hurley, as a Digital Marketing Specialist, I was responsible for enhancing and driving direct to consumer engagement through digital platforms. I also supported live brand promotional events with product ordering, planning, and managing schedules for executing teams. I utilized customer service and performance tracking tools to communicate priorities with cross-functional leadership, contributing to the success of the digigtal operations team.
My experience at Nike as a Strategy and Capabilities Lead has given me valuable experiences and skills in end to end project management, data analysis and account management to further drive success of strategic initiatives. I worked with the Marketplace Operations team for Nike North America managing incoming intake and evaluation process for strategic capabilities programs, including UX automations, ERP workflow optimization, and client data reporting initiatives.I particularly enjoyed and excelled at utilizing reporting and creative problem-solving skills to simply systems for Nike’s direct marketing channels.
